I cook in conversation with the season
For me, cooking is a conversation—with ingredients, with the season, and with the people I’m feeding. I let peak produce and the best market finds lead the menu, so every dish feels fresh, vibrant, and intentional.
I bring 18+ years of private-chef experience
Every market, kitchen, and table I’ve ever sat at has taught me something—I collect recipes the way some people collect souvenirs. That experience helps me adapt quickly to different homes, schedules, and expectations while keeping everything seamless and delicious.
I lead with curiosity and craft
My secret in the kitchen is that I never stop being curious. I’m always refining techniques, exploring new regional flavors, and tailoring details so the food feels personal—never generic.

The planning session over the phone with Chef Laura to prepare the menu was a great introduction. She was relaxed and methodical in her description of each dish and how it fit with the overall menu, favoring in-season ingredients. At the house she looked at the layout and made helpful recommendations regarding the dining area and the overall dining experience. Each course was incredibly delicious right down to the dessert!! Everyone in our party of 9 adults expressed the same sentiments regarding the total experience.
